Nantucket is nationally known for its concentration of distinctive restaurants producing delicious fare. Many of the island's best chefs will be devising prix fixe lunches and dinners created to showcase the wine of the host vintner. A variety of grapes are farmed sustainably on the 235 acres from viognier, chardonnay, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, petit verdot, syrah, and even sangiovese.
