| Levent Bozkurt, proprietor of Stonehedge Inn & Spa and Left Bank Restaurant and owner of the largest wine cellar in New England will share an intriguing seminar of matching wine with food. If you thought you knew the ins and outs of food and wine pairing, wait until you experience this seminar! Levent will be accompanied by his Executive Chef, Alex Facio, and Christiane Schleussner, Assistant Winemaker of Silver Oak. The Silver Oak 2005 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon will be the featured wine in this seminar and Chef Facio will prepare veal "Milanese" with spinach and picatta sauce and pan-roasted dry aged rib eye with whipped truffle potatoes, roasted carrots, beets and spring peas, Cabernet reduction. |
