For those considering themselves connoisseurs of Champagne, this is a mandatory event. While guests gather, they will have the opportunity to taste cheeses from Vermont Butter & Cheese Creamery, presented by Karen Daseke: Bijou, which just received a Sofi Award at the NASFT, and their first mixed-milk cheese, Cremont, which has only been available for a few weeks. |
